Hino Motors Sales (Thailand) Ltd., is committed to develop the skills of Hino truck dealers who provide services to customers throughout Thailand.
Emphasizing on being the popular truck brand, Hino holds “the Hino Total Support Contest”, an activity which focuses on the development and leverage of the Hino dealers’ skills for excellence in the aspects of spare part selling and service providing. In continuity, Hino has been holding the Hino Total Support Contest, for 30 times, covering intensive theoretical and practical parts and highlighting the applying of knowledge in real-life work, on site; the Contest will help the truck dealers to develop skills and apply their gained knowledge to improve and move the Hino businesses forward for further business progression and efficiency.
This year, it is an honor to have Mr. Sarmart Pattamasukhon, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Labour, Mr. Keiichi Yoshimura, Senior Vice President of Mobility Business Division in Mitsui & Co., (Thailand) Ltd. , Mr. Masahiro Kumasaka, Chief Officer Director of Hino Motors Asia Ltd., Mr. Chaiyant Nimnualphong, President of Hino Motors Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd., and Ms. Yumiko Kawamura, President of Hino Motors Sales (Thailand) Ltd., preside over the opening event for the Hino Total Support Contest. Together with other business partners, relevant parties attended the event and supported the aforementioned activity, on December 4, 2024, at Miracle Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok.
Ms. Yumiko Kawamura, President of Hino Motors Sales (Thailand) Ltd., has mentioned that the contest activity illustrated the fact that Hino has been developing its personnel and products, involving trucks and buses continually and consistently. The Hino Total Support Contest would enhance dealer experiences in terms of 3s: Sales/ Service/ and Spare Parts. Moreover, Hino’s integrated tool called Total Support, such as Hino-Connect, or financial presentation, could be used for creating benefits and advantages, and supporting the customers’ businesses. Personnel from the dealer sector, throughout Thailand, would be supported and promoted in the aspects of skill and competency development, and knowledge enhancement for work, in order to propel the Hino’s businesses forward and leverage the labor standards for personnel expertise; these factors would be a part in the country development toward prosperity and sustainability, which was the highest goal to reach for in the set up contest, complying with this year’s core policy of Hino: Customer Smile. Hino is more than ready to make our customers smile and be happy with Hino products.
After the afternoon contest was finished, the award announcement and reception party were held in the evening. Winners of the contest received monetary awards, honorary medals, and flags. During the event, contestants and participants enjoyed seeing the entertaining concert and performances by the Artist, Tanya R-Siam.
